Product Characteristics:

Through the automatic regulation of PLC computer controller, cold energy output of more stages can be provided, and dynamic and automatic matching with cold load is realized, so that the unit always runs stably with high efficiency and the aim of energy conservation is fulfilled.

The unit adopts efficient and reliable low-temperature double-stage compressor, so that its average efficiency at the evaporating temperature of -40°C is 30% higher than that of single-stage low-temperature unit and 20% higher than that of low-temperature screw unit with economizer.

Precise pipeline design minimizes the resistance loss of the pipeline and thus improves the efficiency of the unit. The unit adopts efficient oil separator, which reduces lubricating oil entering the system and improves the efficiency of the heat exchanger.

The refrigerating system has high degree of automation, realizes the parallel running of compressors and is more stable and reliable than the traditional ammonia refrigeration system.

Main parts adopt famous-brand products at home and abroad, and the system working is stable and reliable.

The automatic control system of the unit adopts PLC programmable controller and is able to realize automatic safety protection of default phase, overvoltage, overcurrent, oil pressure, high voltage, low voltage and electronic type motor overload. It also realizes the automatic balance running time of the compressor to prolong the service life of the compressor.

Unique design of gas-liquid separator furthest avoids the generation of liquid impact.

Remote alarming and monitoring interface can be reserved according to user requirement.

Impact Mechanism:

Compressors share the oil separator, the gas-liquid separator, condenser, the liquid receiver and the control system, and can be installed on the same frame according to user demand, so that the floor space is small and is 25% of that of the traditional ammonia machine room. Provide the philosophy of “Modularized” installation, reduce the installation period, reduce pipeline consumable items and shorten on-site construction period.

1. Unit power: 380V/3P/50HZ; inlet wire configuration: configure according to the largest working current;

2. Nominal working condition: condensing temperature: +40°C, evaporating temperature: intermediate-temperature working condition: -15°C;

3. The connection pipes of the unit can be customized according to customer demand;

4. All units adopt R22 working medium and are prefilled with mineral oil. Advance declaration should be made if 404A working medium or other working medium is needed;

5. The overall dimension is just for reference and please give indication when taking order if you have special requirement;

6. Heat is discharged out while the compressor is working, so that enough ventilation quantity of the machine room should be ensured, and the ventilation quantity sum of units should be calculated when a plurality of units work in the same machine room in order to ensure the normal working of the unit.
