I. Material  Introduction

POM Acetal is renowned  for  outstanding  hardness, machanical strength  and rigidity. Therefore, this polyacetal material is the ideal  substiyute for copper, coated zinc,steeland other metallic materials.This engineering thermoplastic has smooth and gloss surface,and is easy to burn.When this plastic material burns,the upper flame is in yellow and the bottom is in blue,generating irritant formaldehyde  flavor and fishlike smell.

II.  POM Strength

   2.Low coefficient of friction, self-lubricating and out-standing abrasion resistance, thus being well-suited for           gear production.
