Finned tubular heating element is an electric heating element that is based on a metal sheath tube. It is usually applied in air heating machines and widely used in the field of comfort heat, machine buildings, cars, textiles, food services and home appliances and also on industrial process units. Compared to un-finned tubules, its area of heat dissipation increases 2 to 3 times, and watt density increases 3 to 4 times, while in the same application it has faster temperature dissipation and higher thermal efficiency, which leads to time and electricity saving.This type of heating elements also can be utilized to replace open coil type heating elements to insulate the coil.
