DZL series steam boiler is a horizontal type single drum packaged boiler, the combustion equipment is chain grate. Combustion Process of 6ton coal steam boiler for brazil sugar factory

The fuel drop down at the front of grate from coal hopper, and then enter into the furnace for combustion. The flue gas flow through furnace and reburning chamber, and then enter into the second pass, next, it passes the spirally corrugated tube, economizer, dust catcher, and finally, it is discharged into atmosphere through chimney.
