I. PEI Description
PEI (polyamide-imide) is an extremely strong and stiff plastic material. It is often used in elevated temperature environments where other thermoplastics and would lose their mechanical properties.PEI is a very dimensionally stable material with an extremely low coefficient fuels, of thermal expansion making it an excellent choice for applications that require machining to tight tolerances.
PEI is available in a variety of formulations including electrical, bearing and wear, and glass-filled grades. Electrical grade PEI has extremely high dielectric strength and it is often used for applications where it functions as an electrical insulator. Bearing grade PEI can be used for demanding bearing applications that require extreme loads, speeds, and/or elevated temperatures. Glass-filled PAI has enhanced strength and stiffness. PEI working temperature can reach 250 centi degrees.

2. High hydroscopic property. If use under 200 centi degrees and require high precision, the materials must be dried before heating. Heating the PAI which own high hydroscopic will occur swelling and become deformed.

I. PSU Introduction
PSU is a translucent plastic material in amber color.This thermoplastic is susceptible of continuously working at 150℃.Moreover, out product shows excellence in terms of mechnical strength,hydrolysis and steam resistance, allowing for medical and food applications requiring autoclave and steam sterilization.
Furthermore, based on superior resistance to high temperature and inertness to hot water and steam,PSU sheet and rod are the ieeal replacements to PC(polycarbonate) or PMMA(polymethl methacrylate).
