I.  PA6  Introduction

PA6 is the industry-proven engineering plastic that has the most extensive application.This polyamide(PA) 6 showsextraordinary excellence in terms of toughness(even at low temperature),electrical insulation and chemical resistance.PA 6 sheet and rod are widely used for kinds of machinery structures and parts.However,compared with PA6,PA66 is endowed with more superior hardness and rigidity,as well as great resistance against  abrasion and thermal stability.

Due to the fact,that the good machanical properties will be achieved only after conditioning,this material must conditioned again after an annealing.Additionally this conditioning occurs with a longer storage in air automatically.
