Pre-sale service:

We provide presales in our first cooperation, make clear your situation and give you some advice, you can making investment budget, manufacturing, planing, so that customers can make a reasonable plan with least cost.

In-sale service:

Stage 1: Once we receive your order , we will confirm the exact model and quantity one by one, then place the order list to our factory.
Stage 2: We will tracking the production progress and quality, check the exact model and quantity before delivering. Because we’re exporting agent for factories, so our leading time is shorter, quality tracking is more strict.

After-sale service:

Stage 1: Tracking the shipment and inform the customer before the Arrival Date.
Stage 2: Check the goods together with our customers and tracking the quality during the use condition.
Stage 3: We will charge all questions if you trade with us, because reputation is the most important quality of our company culture .

Payment term:
1. T/T: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance by T/T before shipment
2. L/C at sight

Trade term: EXW or FOB Ningbo/Shanghai

Packing details:
*Green Brand, Neutral or Customer’s requires label 
*Neutral carton or same as the Customer’s requires, export standard carton
*All cartons should be packed into the pallets more carefully.
*All of the productions are inspected carefully one by one by QC before delivery.
Delivery time:
Generally it is within3 days if the goods are in stock. or it is with 5 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Min. Order:
*If the model is in common or the production are in our stock warehouse, No MOQ for stocking production.
* Larger quantity, price will be more favorable.
