The abrasion related to many factors ,as to the certain boiler economizer ,the fuel and its property ,the fume flow speed and air flow property are the related factors to the abrasion of the economizer ,the abrasion is proportional to the 3—3.5 power of the fume flow speed, the fume flow speed is significant effect the abrasion,so,it is important way to reduce the the fume flow speed to reduce the abrasion of the economizer .In order to reduce the fume flow speed ,the heat surface need to be added to keep heat absorbing and efficiency .Adopting to develop the heat surface to meet the requirement of arranging the enough heat surface in the limited space , the diaphragm type economizer is a better way to solve this problem .
