Circulating fluidized bed boiler have Internal circulating fluidized-bed boiler and Exterior circulating fluidized bed boiler. Exterior circulating fluidized-bed boiler is engery saving CFB boiler with capacity 35-280 ton, Internal circulating fluidized-bed boiler is water cool CFB boiler with capacity 10-75 tph. Circulating fluidized bed combustion technology is a clean coal combustion technology that developed in the past 20 years, circulating fluidized bed steam boilers have wide fuel adaptation, high combustion efficiency, low NOx emissions, low cost of furnace limestone desulfurization, strong load adaptability, can burn low grade fuels and other advantages. Along with economic development and improvement of the living standard, urban central heating requirements gradually increased, and hot water heating has been developing rapidly in domestic within the past decade.

2.the hearth outlet is equipped with high -temperature vortes separator ,which runs smooth and has a high separating rate
3.It adopts imported refractory steel to manufacture the voetes throat ,which resists to high remprature and abrasion
4.The recycle decice is composed of two small U valve and used them to recyle ,which lead to the uniform distribution of the recycle material and avoids the local accumulation on the frid plate so as no to influence the fuildization quality
5.U-shapre materla recycle device can automatically balance the intake flow and re reclyle fow withour manual adjsutmentunder operation
6. The water-cool wall pipes and funnel pipes attatched to the under body of hearth are all equipped with abrasion resistance device to assure the life expectancy of th heated part
7.There is no heat surhace of buried pipes which lay inside the hearth ,which avoids the abrasion problem of buried pipes
8The fluided bed hearth and vortes separeator adopt fluided bed abrasion rsistent modling bricks and fluideized bed abrasion resistant casting material ,to secure the long termopration of boilers
