Introduction 

Fin tube heat transfer area is 8 times than the light tube, high efficiency heat exchange, more advanced than the other heat exchange products.

Boiler economizers are heat exchange devices with finned tubes that heat a liquid, sometimes water, up to however sometimes doesn't exceed the boiling purpose of liquid.

Description : 

1. Bare Tube Dimensions, Tolerance

    1.1 O.D Tolerance: ±0.8%*Out-Diameter

    1.2 W.T Tolerance:  ± 5%*Wall-Thickness

    1.3 Straightness : Tubes be straight with a max deviation of 0.1 in (2.5mm) in any 10ft. (3m) section.  

2.Tolerance, Requirment of Fin

    2.1 Fin Spacing: The number of fins per unit length of tube shall be as specified, ±2 percent, measured over at least 12 inches of welded fins.

    2.2 Inclination:  The fin is welded 90 degrees to the tube surface.  Inclination of the fin will not exceed 5 degrees from the vertical for fin heights.

3.Finished Finned Tube Tolerance

   3.1 Stainless Tolerance: Finished finned tubes will be straight with a maximum deviation of 0.2 in. (5mm) in any 10 ft. (3.0 m) section

   3.2 Length Tolerance

         Length ≤ 500mm , +2mm

         500mm <Length ≤ 2000mm, +3mm

         2000mm <Length≤ 5000mm, +5mm

         5000mm < Length≤ 7000mm, +10mm

H fin tube economizer is high efficient heat exchanger economizer which is consisted of H fin tubes.

Compared with bare tube economizer, H fin tube economizer can enlarge the heat exchange area and reduce the number of tubes. It also can increase the flue gas flow area in order to reduce the flue gas flow speed and abrasion.

H fin tube can be made as double H finned tubes , with high rigidness to fit long tube row.
