Specification:

The spare part header is connected with the boiler outlet pipe to distribute steam to different places. Usually, there are several check valve about the cylinder to control the steam flow direction. The small pipe under the cylinder is to drain out cooling water from cylinder. The boiler spare part header is mainly used for power generation, Iron and steel industry, oil and chemical industry, cement industry, and construction industry, etc.

Application

Headers collect and distribute steam or water from or to a series of smaller pipes or conduits. They are made of carbon or ferritic steel, generally of the same grade as the piping systems. Unlike piping systems which are usually butt welded and bent, headers are straight.
