Ball valve/ Service valve

Application:

Ball valve is mainly applied to the split air- conditioner that connects indoor unit and outdoor unit or other refrigeration circuit system to open or close the inner path by operating the valve stem (Rotate the ball valve stem 90°clockwise to close the path, conversely, to open it.) It can work as a service valve for vacuum pumping or refrigerant injection during maintenance.

Notes:

Pls keep the body cool and not more than 120℃ by wet rag in brazing process.

And pls mare sure the valve is completely open or complete close when it is in use.

The material of the seal ring and the kind of lubricant shall match with the refrigerant in use.

For the ball valves with access fitting, valve core shall be removed during brazing

Don’t braze when valve is in close position.
