Tianjin Sanden Auto Air conditioning CO.,LTD is a joint venture with Sanden Corporation Japan as well as developer, manufacturer and seller of automotive air conditioner. Located at No.8 Xiqing Economic Development Area, the company was established in 1994, with $17,774,480 register capital and total investment of 23,000,000 .Company floor coverage is 54,428㎡.With an international advanced test center, the company’s heat exchanger annual output is 3.2 million units and auto HVAC system annual output is 1 million.

With support from Sanden Japan, Tianjin Sanden has dedicated into the development and manufacturing of auto air-conditioning system and heat exchanger for 15 years. Now TSA has a team with 3 foreign experts, 20 post graduates (including 2 Ph.D.), and 192 professionals with bachelor degree. All of the key position technical staff and operators have been sent to Japan for advanced study. The main production and test equipment are imported from UK, U.S. and Japan. The high quality product performance and good after-sales services have won the company a high reputation for the company in auto air-conditioning market.

Considering the climate change effects and Tianjin Sanden’s experience in micro-channel heat exchanger, the company has been researching and developing aluminum heat exchanger‘s application in residential and commercial air conditioning field since 2006. Compared with traditional tube and fin heat exchangers, the aluminum substitutes advantages including: 1) Reduce usage of refrigerant 2) improve the heat exchanging performance. 3) Reduce delivery cost by reducing air-conditioner volume. 4) Lower the noise by minimizing the fan size. 5) Improve the energy efficiency ratio.  In consideration of these advantages, we devote ourselves to promoting aluminum parallel flow heat exchangers to make our contribution to environmental protection and low carbon economy. Meanwhile, we would learn and grow during this process as well. Now, we have signed cooperative development contract with many world-known air conditioner makers.

An international advanced production line which is able to produce large parallel flow heat exchanger for residential and commercial use finished debugging in April 2010.
