CPTL-1 Copper Tube-Aluminum Fin Heating Convector

CONPIN CPTL-1 series hot water heating convector adopts primary grade TP2 seamless copper tube and corrugated aluminum fin. The heating convector features high reliability, long service life, and very high heat transfer efficiency. Even more, such heating convector enjoys advantages such as high water pressure resistance, compact in size, light weight, and fast temperature rise during start up. Either manual valve or automatic temperature regulating valve can be equipped with this series of heating convector. Consequently, CONPIN CPTL-1 can be used in standalone zone with its individual control based on its occupancy. This heating convector works well with calorimeter, as well. 
For the sake of better corrosion resistance on the product enclosure, top grade galvanized metal sheet is employed. The metal sheet is processed through high temperature degreasing, as well as pickling phosphating. The metal sheet will be painted with electrostatic spraying epoxy resin, and the color can be picked based on the costumer’s choice. The product back panel is designed to be dust free, which can effectively avoid the electrostatic dust from contaminating the dry wall surface. The front panel is detachable, and it is convenient for the user to clean and maintain. The copper tube is fully inspected through eddy current detection before the tube-fin expanding. The copper tube ends are welded with shielding gas protection, the weld joint seam is very smooth in both external and internal tube sides. The product’s break down pressure > 3.0MPa, and the working pressure is designed to be 2.0MPa. The heat exchanger has very good reliability, and can be used in high-rise building due to its excellent pressure resistance. Furthermore, the heat exchanger has excellent corrosion resistance on the water side.
CONPIN CPTL series convertor features other convenience, such as manual operation air vent on the manifold. Installation Guide: 
1. Open the package carton from the bottom, and remove the front panel.
2. Specify the heating convector’s installation position and height; make sure the bottom of the convector is at least 80-120mm above the floor to allow enough air circulation clearance;
3. Drill the installation holes on the wall based on the mounting holes’ position on the CPTL series convector, and use M8 expansion bolts to mount the convector on the dry wall;
4. Install a manual valve or automatic temperature regulating valve to control the heating convector’s heating capacity and water pressure drop. The main inlet water valve is required to be installed for maintenance or replacement purpose in the future;
5. Following the installation in the previous steps, please open the hot water inlet valve and the air vent to make the hot water to flow through and to make sure the air inside the heat exchanger to escape from the tube. Then, please remind to close the air vent valve and cover the front panel back to the right position.
