A. Principles and purposes of the performance
Principles of Performance: When the controlled object changes in the temperature, inside thermostat, there occurs physical phenomenon of the thermal expansion and contraction along with the change of temperature (object volume changes), and the diaphragm box connected with thermostat also produce expansion or contraction, drive switching-on/off action to achieve constant temperature. WG series, liquid expansion thermostat, is characterized by accurate temperature control, stability and reliability, small temperature differential between on and off statuses and broad temperature adjustment range, big overload current. 

B. Uses: Mainly used in household appliances (shower, drum-type washing machines, heaters), electric equipment (stainless steel automatic water boiler, electric frying pans, food machinery, medical equipment), the refrigeration industry (kitchen freezer, preservation cabinets, cold storage, ice machine, fish pond, cold drinks machines, heaters) and the etc.

D. Matters needing attention
1. The user must base their ordered models and specifications on the characteristics of their own products and the required control of temperature. 
2. When installing temperature control device, the temperature-sensitive pipe should be entirely attached to the surface, subjected to temperature control, to achieve precise control. 
3. Avoid deforming temperature-sensitive pipe during installation for fear of any effect on performance. 
4. Do not let conductive gas or conductive substances get inside of thermostat or contaminate the surface so as not to affect the electrical insulation capability. 
5. Keep M4 wire for bracket installation not too long, otherwise it will undermine the thermostat performance. 
6. Switch boxes are made of ceramic pieces, thus requiring light light to avoid damage. 
7. Capillary bend radius is not less than 5mm.
