Hardness adjustable: hardness setting for ice cream is adjustable from 30-100 grade and base on the mixture material.

Heat treatment (Pasteurizing) system: Ensure healthy diet, reduce the daily cleaning working

Defrost: rapidly melt the ice cream in the freezing cylinder that significantly reduces leftovers of mix/ice cream before washing.
