Production functions	Silver brazing paste can work together with silver based brazing filler metals on copper, copper alloy, stainless steel, nickel alloy, carbide steel, and diamond PCD . TiBright’s silver brazing flux paste can be use with most heating method, include flame torch, induction, or furnace, high frequency, electrical resistance welding, and so on.
Physical description	Paste, granularity ≤ 150 um, density: 1.9 – 2.1 g/cm3.
Standard	JB/T6045-92 Flux for Brazing Zhuang, Hongshou
Components	KF, Complex borate, Borofluoride, Activities, Water etc.
Caution	Inesculent. Immediate water flashing is needed if it is splashed into eyes or mouth. Do not mix it with other impurity materials. After the packaging is opened the paste can be hardened easily.

Using flux paste can help you save time and material comparing to using the mixture of flux powder and water. The experience have shown that about 1.5 kg powder can be made to 1 kg of paste due to the waste and non-even distribution.

FB102C-44	Brown	It is the No.1 for welding stainless steel, and contains effective surface activity agent, has the ability to clear away the stainless steel oxide insistently, so you can get the bright and clear high quality weld joint.	Same as the above, but most suitable for welding the high quality stainless steel.

Packaging

Basically our package issue for paste product is for 1 kg/box, 20 box/carton. However, we have several special package for international customers: 400 gram/box, 100 gram/box. Small packages are popular for customers in reparement industry.

Utility

The surface of the parts should be well treated and oxydation layer should be removed as much as possible. Brazing wires can be dipped into the paste to get the paste attached. Also the paste can be dispensed with sypringe, and brushes. Another way is to spray the paste in a very small concentration and low viscosity.
