Function of Hydraulic separator
This hydraulic separator consists of three different functional components, each of which meets specific requirements, typical of the circuits used in heating and air-conditioning systems.
· Hydraulic separator
To keep connected hydronic circuits totally independent from each other.
· Dirt separator
To permit the separation and collection of any impurities present in the circuits. Provided with a valved connection with discharge piping.
· Air separator
For quick automatic venting of any air contained in the circuits.High effective removal of free air and dissolved microbubbles.
Application
Hydraulic separator is applied for boiler, heating system and air conditioning, cooling system, which is for balancing the pressure, flow rate, flow, temperature between the primary constant flow pump and secondary variable flow pump. Hydraulic separator makes the operating efficiency of the boiler, air-conditioning and cooling systems performing its best;
Hydraulic separator , with the internal special honeycomb net structure, can be an effective separation of microbubbles and fine particles, while keeping the hydraulic balance between primary and secondary circle, keep the water clean for a permanent time
1. Energy saving by decreasing the pump lift of primary constant flow pump.
2. Keeps the system with best performing condition by removing the dirt and microbubbles.
3. Make the system a longer operating life.
4. Make the system a shorter start time for initial water injection.
5. Quiet operation.
6. Reduced oxygen-based corrosion and pump cavitation
7. Easy installation.
8. Small size, can be used with Constant pressure expansion complement water units reduce its power
The core of Hydraulic separator exposes the differences
The unique construction of this unit is similar to the well known microbubble deaerators. The special design of the honeycomb net is at the heart of the unique action of the dirt strainer in air conditioning system. It creates a very still area of water which allows dirt particles of all sizes to sink to the bottom of the unit and collect in the dirt chamber. As the dirt is collected outside the main flow the dirt strainer in air conditioning system pressure drop remains constant and blockages can not occur. The dirt can be flushed out while the system is in full operation through the drain valve. The large collector ensures that flushing is only required now and then.
