Mr. Mostofa Azad Chowdhury Babu is the Managing Director of Motahar Group of Industries. He has successfully diversified his business in the sectors like Transportation, Cold storage, Insurance, Jute, Petroleum, etc. He has currently employed over 2000 (Two thousand) people in his business group.
He was former President of Rangpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Former President of Bangladesh Chamber of Industries and Former Vice President of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FBCCI).
Apart from this, he is actively involved in the social activities and holds the positions of different social organizations. He is the member of Rangpur Golf Club and life member, Rangpur Rifles Club & Rangpur Red Crescent Society, etc.
Mr. Chowdhury attended Bangladesh business delegation as entourage of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of Bangladesh at different part of the world.
