Textile air duct - industrial air supply system
Because most of the industrial plants are tall spaces and complex steel structure roofs, it has brought a lot of inconvenience to the installation and construction of air conditioning and ventilation projects. The steel structure plant has great requirements for the load-bearing of hoisting equipment, and its heavy load will affect the safety of the whole plant, the traditional galvanized iron air duct needs to be made and installed on site. With heavy weight of the air duct, it is necessary to do a plurality of lifting points to support the entire air duct, causing the long installation cycle, cumbersome on-site production and difficult construction. Moreover, with the uneven air supply, the irregular shape of the air duct, the large wind resistance, and the needed-increased fan pressure head increases the operating cost, troublesome maintenance and cleaning in the later stage. As to the textile air duct, according to the actual situation of the site, the finished product is manufactured and the finished product is hung on site, which has many significant characteristics that cannot be achieved by traditional air ducts, such as convenient installation and short construction period, light load-bearing, uniform air supply, environmental protection and energy saving and cleanability, to ensure the cleanliness of air supply in controlled areas.
Through two unique air outlet modes of surface fiber penetration and continuous orifice jet, the laser opens a uniform hole on the surface of the air duct to ensure uniform and comfortable air speed in the air supply state.
Purification plant fabric air supply system - through the special clean infiltration surface, the air is transported to the controlled area in a laminar flow mode, and the clean infiltration surface can filter particles greater than 0.05um. It can achieve a true sense of clean air.
