On the afternoon of 23 May 2023, Mr. Syed, the head of the Pakistan Refrigeration Institution, visited the office of Yang Yi, the Chairman of the Zhejiang Refrigeration In, at Zhejiang University for a friendly discussion and communication.
Mr. Syed, who is also the Marketing Director of the Pakistan Refrigeration Exhibition, introduced the booming development of the refrigeration market in Pakistan in recent years and the popularity of many Chinese brands such as Gree, Haier, Aux and Midea, and the success of many Chinese air conditioning companies that have invested and set up factories in Pakistan. Meanwhile Mr. Syed introduced the 2023 Pakistan Refrigeration Exhibition and invited Mr. Yang Yi, Chairman of the Board and members of the Institution to visit the exhibition.
Mr. Yang Yi introduced the development of Zhejiang Refrigeration Institution, as well as the advantages of Zhejiang as the base of China's refrigeration industry and the preparation of the Refrigeration and Cold Chain China (RACC) exhibition hosted by the Society, and invited the Pakistan Refrigeration Association and its member companies to participate in the RACC that to be held in Ningbo from 25 to 27 October, which will provide excellent services including free hotel.
Mr. Syed said that due to the imperfect refrigeration industry in Pakistan, many refrigeration enterprises are sourcing from China, and the China Refrigeration and Cold Chain Exhibition has created favourable conditions for promoting exchange and cooperation between the two sides. The Pakistan Refrigeration Association will organise a purchasing group of no less than 50 members to come to the exhibition site to purchase. Mr. Syed especially appreciated the RACC committee for the convenience provided to their purchasing staff.
