2018 BIG5 was opened on November 26, 2018 at the World Trade Center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The BIG5 2018 (HVACR EXPO) shrank again, so that the booth was adjusted three or four times, causing some trouble for some exhibitors.
The well-known enterprise making overall unit and attending BIG5 is only Gree which may not have participated in this exhibition for several years. The organizers have focused their attention on HVACR SAUDI in Saudi Arabia. Big companies like Carrier, Samsung, LG, Trane, Midea, Zamil, Emerson that have participated in BIG 5 for many years have been invited to the Saudi exhibition. Gree seems a bit lonely. This year, a total of 34 refrigeration companies in China participated in the exhibition, which is also the least in the past years.
