Understanding information from staff at exhibition: Danfoss Turbocor TTH/TGH compressor adopts magnetic oil-free inverter technology, excellent full load and part load efficiency, low noise, no surge, compact size, simple maintenance, its operating range is extended to the high pressure ratio range of applications, especially for the air cooled chiller with heat recovery application.

In air-cooled chillers, the Turbocor TTH/TGH compressor can support high ambient temperature operation, with a pressure ratio of up to 6.2. This helps to achieve a larger operation range in hot climates, and supports the application of air-water heat pump units. These compressors also support the high pressure ratio application of the heat recovery of water heat pump, and use the heat water supply of the waste liquid condenser to save the extra operating cost.

Ricardo Schneider, President and CEO of Danfoss Maglev Compressors said: " The new Danfoss Turbocor TTH and TGH compressor provide a new efficient and oil-free compressor scheme for chillers manufacturers, which can be applied to air-cooled chillers, heat recovery and water water heat pump applications. Up to now, the volumetric compressor has been the most commonly used compressor in these applications. However, chillers now have a new choice -- the choice of oil free schemes can increase the efficiency of full load and partial load by 25%. The oil free platform can also reduce the noise by 8 dBA, and the performance will not be reduced during the life cycle of the product. In addition, TTH and TGH compressors are respectively made of R-513A refrigerants with low global warming potential and HFO-1234ze refrigerants with ultra-low global warming potential.  When the current global refrigerant regulations and standards more stringent circumstances, to provide an environmentally friendly solution to meet the future requirements.
