Miao Yu, Minister of Industry and Information department of China, revealed at China AI manufacture experience exchange meeting on July 24th that Chinese government has invested 2.15 billion yuan in AI manufacture industry on July 24th Since June last year. And this year, Chinese government will continue implement AI manufacture special projects, with 133 projects being held as key-points, China will accelerate the rate of transforming key technologies to actually application and products, promoting AI manufacturing in a systematic way.
China has invested over 10.8 billion yuan in Robots Replacing Men special project, thus facilitating the transformation of Dongguan. According to forcast, Dongguan’s industry robots’ market will continue to grow at 30% annually.
China’s investment in industrial equipment amounts to 1 trillion yuan, digital and artificial intelligence equipment investment takes a sizable percentage and is growing rapidly. Xin buobin, VP of department of industrial and information says, “China has become the world’s largest AI market. ”
Miaoyu expressed that China will implement about 100 AI manufacture standard and industrial application standard, and will build a innovative manufacture system, and China will become a truly manufacture power house.
