Counter-current principle

Operating principle

Heat-exchange is made between high-temp Gaseous refrigerant in the coil (pipe) and spray water, air outside the coil (pipe).then, high-temp Gaseous refrigerant turned into liquid from after cooling. The wind made by induced draft fan can spray the water onto the surface of coil (pipe) equally so that the heat exchange effect enhanced remarkably. The temperature of sprayed water and air will turn higher and part of water become vapors from liquid from after it absorbs the heating. The water in the hot air can be prevented by water fender and collected into PVC heating exchange level. Then the water flow into sump tank and circulating water pump transport the water into circulatory system and move in circles. The water lost in the air will be added by water level regulator to control and supply.

Character

Air flow and water has same direction. Below the coil (pipe) group, there are lots of PVC filler materials to cool the circulating water. It is suitable for high humidity region.
