HUAHAI Phenolic Foam is a highly efficient energy saving insulation material, with good conductivity (“R” value of 9.8). The fire performance Of our phenolic foam is exceptional. It combines zero or very low flame spread with negligible smoke emission and a very low level of toxic gas emission.

HUAHAI Phenolic foam is a thermoset material therefore will not run melt or drip when it comes into contact with a fire source.

HUAHAI Phenolic foam offers the best thermal resistance, i.e. the lowest thermal conductivity. This results from its:

1,Closed cell structure

2,Very small cell diameter

3,Low thermal conductivity material and gas permanently encapsulated in cells.

Our phenolic foams have an excellent strength/density relationship being lightweight but strong. Higher density phenolic foams are typically used for ducting panels.

The thin wall, high in R-Value and cost effective property makes HUAHAI Phenolic foam panels suitable for most projects such as: building construction, cold storage warehouses, accumulator tanks, natural gas projects, steamships, trains, and all other insulation projects that require space and energy saving.
