Working principle

Electrode liquid level probe are used to detect the level of all conductive liquid (like the drinking water , wasted water low electrical conductivity liquids and even wet solids), When the probe is connected, the circuit is closed ( lights is on)

The boiler electrode level probe utilized the difference of conductivity between steam and water to detect the medium level . It composed of a water vessel , electrode rod, an electrode core, level indicator and power supply.

Notice

1.Only Vertical mounted

2.The probes may be installed in tanks or containers made of various materials such as metal, plastic, concrete etc.. For non-metallic tanks make sure that the probe has a reference rod.

3.The metallic tank can be used as a reference.

4.The threaded connection should be in contact with the metallic tank

5.When installing the sensor directly to the tank make sure that the rod extends beyond the inner wall of the tank by as much as possible, so that internal build up or other debris does not interfere with the sensor's performance.

6.A stable Power Supply prevents equipment malfunction.
