IQF Individual Spiral Quick Freezer Machine

Brief Introduction:

SL series spiral freezer is a new type frozen one develop and manufactured by us.  It is consisted of

multilayer stainless steel conveyor belts with spiral circled in one or two drums. The products are placed on 

the conveyor belts, by frigid air of -35℃ frozen quickly, then transported to outer enclosure continuously. 

Compared to other freezers, this type freezer is constructed compactly, saves occupied area,widely applicable 

and freezing capacity high. 

This machine is the first selection of food processing enterprises, which use freezing larger volume, high 

entrance temperature food.

1. Rapid Freeze ,Energy saving 

   Resonable velocity and temperature field design,rasing freezing efficiency greatly,saving energy.

   Small temperature difference design,improving evaporating temperature,saving energy above 12% compared to general design.

   Motor laid outside,reducing cold burden and energy loss.

2.Hygiene

   Designed according to the requirements of state food sanitation.

   The main parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel,resistant of corrosiveness,easy to        wash,guaranteeing food hygiene requirements.

   The insulated enclosure is adopted PUR sandwich panels with optional stainless steel finish both inside and out side,good heat storage,no dew arise in the surface.

   There is washing box available at feed inlet,easy to wash belt,guaranteeing the equipment hygiene.

   The evaporator is made of aluminum tube and fin,with stainless steel housing,impellor,structure and water tray.Water defrosting,easy to wash,decreasing bacteria growth.

   There is multi-type infeed and outfeed configuration,for dual spiral system,low inlet and low outlet for products is acchievable.

4.Customizing 

     Besides standard products offered,we still design and manufacture customized products according to site condition and your special requirements.

5.Long operating life

    Key components in the control box are imports.

   Frequency adjustable speed unit is used to provide the wide speed range,high precision and reliability.

   General control,there are various safety guard equipments available,can inspect run condition always.
