Capillary Tube Mats with Water Hydronic Radiant Heating Conditioning System
Capillary tube mat system is an innovative technology developed to replace the conventional radiator heating and air conditioning systems.
To heat or cool rooms, hot or cold water runs through the capillary tube mats system to exchange heat with the space air by radiation. They ensure a quick dissipation of the cooling load or a quick supply of the heat requirement. Due to the large exchange surfaces, large energy quantities can be transmitted with low temperature differences between the active room surface and the room air.
With the advantage of good flexibility,the capillary tube can be installed on roof, wall, and floor, under the surface decorative materials.

Working Principle:
Capillary tube mat is already realized its own set of distribution structure in stage of product manufacturing. Capillary tube mat is consist of inlet,return water main tube and many capillary branch tubes. It was achieved technology breakthrough which one piece of main tube directly connected with other branch tubes through the side at the same time. It doesn’t need assume direct pipe fittings, elbow, tee and other traditional connections. In the current traditional radiator, floor heating pipe technology category is unable to achieve that.
Capillary Tube Mat Usage:
1.Capillary tube mat can be used as independent humidity control air conditioning systems.
2.Capillary tube mat can be used to make air conditioning wall (also called gravity cycle air conditioning system), which is easy to adjust the temperature and humidity.
3.Capillary tube mat can be used for heating to replace the traditional radiator and common floor heating system, which is easier to install and has high efficiency.
4.Capillary tube mat can be used in agricultural greenhouse. Using the regenerative capacity of the soil,
it can help to balance the temperature difference and improve the production efficiency.
5.Capillary tube mat can be made as the heat collector of the water resource heat pump, which can also be used to collect the residential heat of industrial waste water, can recycle the renewable resources.
The raw materials of capillary mats we adopted are from Borealis’s pure and highly recyclable polypropylene granulate RA140E which have more better rigidity and toughness than Standard PPR
