Tube cutting Machine

Purpose:

This equipment is used to open, straighten and chipless cut the coil copper tube into set-length straight pipes. It is mainly applied in the areas of air-conditioner, water heater, airplane, automobile, etc.

Features:

1 Servo motor control ensures accurate locating, and stable feeding

2 High degree of automation: decoiling, straigntening, cutting, unloading are completed automatically.

3 Special snapping design prevents burrs from occuring, and produces smooth cut end.

Machining products:

1 Material: coil copper pipe TP1/2 or equivalent standard products

2 Copper pipe outer diameter & wall thickness: 6.0~20,Wall thickness 0.3~1.0mm

3 Coil pipe size & weight: coil outer diameter 1000~1250, coil central hole diameter 130,coildistance 250~340,max

4 can be used to cut aluminum tubes too.
