The manufacturing method of aluminum alloy heat sink for brazed heat exchanger consists of silicon, iron, manganese, zinc, zirconium, chromium, titanium, tin, aluminum and inevitable impurities. After casting, cold rolling, intermediate annealing and final annealing, the braze aluminum alloy heat sink is made.
After vacuum brazing, aluminum alloy heat sink material with high strength, excellent heat transfer performance, corrosion resistance, collapse resistance, sacrificial anode effect and self corrosion resistance is used for heat exchanger.
