We provide 12 months warranty for the whole unit and 36 months warranty for compressor.

4. Is your packing safe enough?
Yes, we have three standards for different products:

a. Carton box with foam for products without glasses and in FCL;

b. Carton box fixed with foam & wooden strips for products with small glass doors and in FCL;

c. Wooden cases with foam for easily damaged products or LCL products.

5. Do you have certificates for products?
We have CE, CCC, ISO series, and we can do the certificate as your request for the products you order.
