EEV Expansion Valve

  Application:

Electronic Expansion Valve is mainly applied to inverter air-condition system to automatically control refrigerant flow rate so as to realize fast freezing or heating, precise temperature control and energy saving under the best working condition with the variation of load.

  Working principle:

To change the flow area through the valve port by the stepping motor so as to automatically control the refrigerant flow rate.

  Working conditions:

Rated voltage: DC12V±10%

Rated current of coil: 250mA/phrase（12V，20℃）

Insulation resistance:  >100 MΩ

Applicable refrigerant: R22, R407C, R410A, etc.

Applicable ambient temperature: -30℃-+60℃ (electrified rate below 50%)

Applicable medium temperature: -30℃-+70℃ (electrified rate below 50%)

Maximum relative humidity: (below) 95% RH

Actuating mode: 4 –phrase 8-step 20-polar permanent magnet stepping motor of direct-acting type

Excitation mode: 1-2 phrase excitation ; monopole actuation

Excitation rate: 30-90PPS

Flow direction: bi-directional flow is available

Full close/ open pulse: 500

Open and close stoke: 2.9 mm

Notes:   

l  Pls put off the coil first before welding the valve to the host, the valve body shall keep cool and less than 120 ℃ by water or wet cloth.

l  Installation mode: coil upwards, body vertical to the horizontal surface

A 100-mesh strainer shall be fit into the valve port in case of blocking to the port.
