The integrated microchannel liquid cooling plate is made of numbers of thin plates with micro grooves and cover plates. The plates are diffusion bonded together under certain temperature and pressure for some time. Because it is compact and small, and can stand high pressure, the integrated micro-channel cooling plate is widely used for electronic components heat dissipation.
