Principle

Production rang from 300kg/day to 30T/day.The evaporator is a special vertical cylinder with interlayer stainless steel(or steel).Refrigerant evaporation in the interlayer,the ice making water spray in the inner wall and were rapidly frozen into ice.The stainless blade continuous rotary extrusion will continue to put the ice scraping.The excess water will through the baffle back into the water tank,can be reused.

ice skate and Spindle

rregular flake ice thickness:1.5mm to 2.5mm

The thin ice can be directly used for stirring and mixing cooled food.
Will not damage the outer surface of the items which are cooled for there are no sharp edges.
Cooling speed for large contact area.
The ice is very flexible in use for they can be very small.
