Biomass burner is positive pressure combustion, so combustion chamber temperature is quite high(the temperature in the center of flame 1500-1700℃), the common refractory couldn’t withstand such a high temperature erosion ,quickly burn out or fallen down.but the furnace of our company’s biomass burner gasification chamber is poured by 1#super refractory, no seams,and have a unique manufacturing process to resistant to over 2000℃,so the furnace has the characteristics of high hardness and resistance to erosion.useful life of our company’s furnace is over 5 years,if with water-cooled design,useful life will be more than 15 years.

According to the actual feedback of a large number of users,cost of biomass fuel can save about 60% than the diesel, 30-40 % than nature gas, maybe above 60% than electric power.biomass fuel though the burner is no black smoke emission, SO2. NOx is little. After the flue gas dust treatment can completely achieve no dust emission.
