1.The introduction of product

H fin tube type economizer is high efficient heat exchange economizer , which is consisted of H type fin tubes .

2. H finned economizer structure

The basic type is H type and double H type , in line arrangement .

3.Characteristics

1)With the H type fin economizer instead of the bare tube type economizer to add the heat exchange area and reduce the number of tubes ,

 also increase the fume flow sectional area to reduce the fume speed and abrasion. Due to the abrasion extent is proportional to 3-3.5 power of the fume flow speed , so, if the fume flow speed is reduced to 7m/s from 9m/s , the abrasion will be reduced by 43%,

 at the moment , the experiment showed the H type fin can make the fly ash be concentrated to the mid of tube rows to reduce the abrasion automatically.

2)H type fin tube can be made to double H type fin tube , high rigidness to fit long tube row .

3)H type fin economizer arranged in line to make the space into many small zones , averaged air flow to reduce the abrasion.

4)With straight channel to gain the best ash –blowing effect .

5)The compact structure to reduce the weight and reduce the manufacturing cost.
