Product Usage	Silver brazing flux powder can work together with silver based brazing filler metals on copper, copper alloy, stainless steel, nickel alloy, carbide steel, and diamond PCD at the temperature range of 550-850°C in frame brazing, induction brazing, electrical resistance welding, furnace brazing, and so on.

Packaging

Basically our package issue for powder product is for 500 gram/box, 20 box/carton. However, we have several special package for international customers: 20 gram/box, 225 gram/box, 400 gram /box. Small packages are popular for customers in reparement industry.

Utility

The Silver brazing flux is actually a kind of flux preferably works with silver based brazing filler metal. It can also work very well with copper based filler metal. Some of the product on the list can also work with nickel based filler metal. The welding parts can be copper, copper alloy, steel, stainless steel, diamend, hard carbide.

There are several ways of dispensing the flux to the brazing joint. One can heat the filler metal (wire/strip) to about 400 degree C and dip the hot part into the flux powder. The powder will attached on the strop. Also, the flux can be used with brushes, and spry. Some of the product on the list can also be used as the core flux of flux cored brazing wire.

Another popular way of using the powder is to mix it with water to make paste and dispense the paste with brushes, athogh we highly recommend our customer to use flux paste instead.
