The actuator connection by PG joint after derivation, protection grade could be IP42.
Attention
1. Mounting Order
A. Actuator mechanical connection installed with the body.
B. Connect the power supply with control signal lines.
C. Dial the toggle switch to the required position.
D. Turn on the power supply, the indicator light (power) in PCB is on, press the "red" adaptive button about 3 seconds, loose the button after the operation light (RUN) in PCB start flashing , at this point, the valve stem down to the bottom firstly, then move up to the top, RUN is flashing all the time. When the lights stop flashing, the adaptive process of electric drives with the valve body end, the actuator into the regular operation state and will be operation in accordance with the control signal.
2. Valve Position Feedback Signal
Actuator can provide real-time position feedback signal, feedback signal direction always correspond to the change of the control signal.
Variable feedback signal direction.
3. Indicator Light
4. Reset the dial switch state, the changes take effect after the actuator re-start after power on.
5. Manual operate the actuator, please be sure to disconnect the power supply; manual axial direction please refer to the sketch map.
