Zhongyu boasts a fully integrated assembly line that includes production lines for air-source heat pump water heaters, water-source heat pumps, and Longzhuanfeng workshop air conditioning units. It is equipped with advanced tools like Amada and other sheet-metal equipment, CNC bending machines, large-scale ledger machines, finned heat exchanger lines, laser cutting and welding machines, and vibration testers, ensuring efficient and precise manufacturing.
The company also operates a nationally certified heat pump performance testing laboratory capable of simulating natural ambient air conditions ranging from 55°C to -35°C. Additionally, the noise lab functions include testing and analyzing various dynamic signals such as vibration, noise, stress, and strain of machines and structures, ensuring low-noise operation of products. These facilities enable rigorous testing of product stability and operability, guaranteeing that all products meet the highest quality standards.
The Company has established long-term technical cooperation with Shanghai Jiaotong University, South China University of Technology and other colleges and universities. It is also the drafting unit of many national standards, industry standards and specifications. To date, it has obtained more than 180 patent certificates.

Distributed water-loop heat pump central air conditioning systems

Cost-effective: No mainframe room required; the unit can be installed in phases,
reducing installation complexity, saving costs, and shortening the construction timeline.
Independent billing: Each unit is capable of independent operation, including cooling, heating and ventilation. In the event of a single unit failure, the remaining units in the system
remain fully operational and can be billed independently.
Ultra-long lifespan: Adopting international famous brand compressor,
high efficiency and energy saving, ultra-low noise, ultra-long service life.
Noise reduction: Adopting multi-stage noise reduction flexible design
to achieve optimal noise cancellation.

Longzhuanfeng workshop air conditioning units

and is capable of rapid cooling by 5-10 degrees.
Strong heat transfer: The high-efficiency internal threaded casing condenser,
heat transfer copper tube diameter, high heat transfer efficiency
and anti-scaling features of this product make it simple to maintain,
with minimal debris accumulation.
High energy saving efficiency: Saving 30~50% energy more than traditional air conditioner.
One-piece, installation-free: Can be used like a refrigerator, with wheels for easy mobility.
Dehumidifying function: Dehumidifying when cooling,
